Upstate Connect Fund Program and it is a program dedicated to supporting talented, low-income brethren in Deeper Life Campus Fellowship who are passionate about missionary work and require financial assistance to further their studies in the USA. Our mission is to support determined, talented, and low-income scholars associated with DLCM, who are good candidates for financial assistance from colleges and universities in the United States but lack the financial resources to cater for the up-front cost of obtaining admission/assistantships.
UCFP will work with the candidates throughout the application process to secure admission and expects a sincere commitment from the candidates to give their time and energy to the program to achieve their goal of studying in the US. Applicants are welcome from all DLCF/DLBC brethren in Africa.

Benefits of UCFP Scholarship Program
The Upstate Connect Rochester Scholarship Program 2025 will cover the following expenses:
- Application fees
- Duolingo exam
- SEVIS fee
- VISA fee
- Flight ticket
Requirements for UCFP Scholarship Program
- Applicants must have First Class Honor (Second Class Honor with publications MIGHT be considered).
- Applicants must have a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) certificate
Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Chemical Eng., and Biology majors are preferred - Applicants must be affiliated with DLBC, Africa.

- Copy of unofficial university transcript
- Copy of degree certificate/statement of Result
- Resume (2 pages max)
- Reference letter from DLBC/DLCF pastor (required if selected)
- Copy of GRE result (Recommended for Engineering students) – optional
